Frequently Asked Questions
Booking
-
Yes! To finalize the booking process, I require a $45 non-refundable retainer per person/service to secure an appointment date &time. The retainer fee counts toward your total balance and serves as a commitment from both the makeup artist & the inquiring party.
Without a retainer, your appointment(s) are not secure or in my calendar.
*Please note the difference between a retainer & a deposit:
A retainer secures your date, is non-refundable, & counts toward your final balance whereas a deposit holds your date & is refundable if the agreed-upon conditions are met or the transaction is canceled without fault of the depositor. -
Retainer fees can be sent through Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, or CashApp.
*Please note that payments sent via Venmo or CashApp will include a 2% service fee based on the total retainer fee.
-
All balances & final payments are due on the day the services are performed. I will accept a single payment with everyone’s remaining balance on the day of. Cash is preferred, but I also accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, or CashApp!
*Please note that payments sent via Venmo or CashApp will include a 2% service fee to the total balance.

Trials & Previews
-
Of course! But please remember that your desired appointment date & time is not secured until a retainer fee is received and I have sent you an email confirming your appointment details.
Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Once you have secured your appointment date & time with a retainer fee & you have received an email with all the confirmation details, we can schedule a preview appointment one (1) to two (2) months before your appointment.
A preview appointment serves as the perfect opportunity to test longevity and the makeup look/style that will suit you the best on your special day!
-
A preview appointment is not mandatory. However, I strongly recommend booking a preview appointment.
This will give us the opportunity to meet before your special occasion, discuss the type of style you would like me to create for you, and ultimately will allow us to make any changes on the day of your special occasion if necessary to bring your dream glam vision to life.
-
For this appointment I dedicate two (2) hours to our consultation and makeup application.
During this time, we will discuss the type of look you want to go for and what products will work best for long-lasting results.
-
Yes, a $45 retainer is required to save a date & time for all preview appointments.
-
Preview appointments are serviced at my studio in Downtown Sanger.
-
Previews are scheduled during the week as I do reserve the weekends for events. I always recommend scheduling previews in the mornings to fully get the wear-test experience.
If weekdays do not work with your schedule, I will schedule your preview on whichever day that works best for both of us.
-
I recommend scheduling your preview one (1) to two (2) months in advance.

Arrive a clean, makeup free face, style your hair in a similar way that it will be on the day of your special occasion, wear similar colors to what you will be wearing the day of your special occasion, and bring inspiration photos!
Please remember that the photos are only for inspiration – the final look will be tailored to your specific facial features and needs. Also, keep in mind that every makeup artist has their own style, so photos of my own work are a more helpful reference!
